Despite diversity in the workplace being proven to positively impact business performance, there are more CEOs named John in the U.S than every female CEO put together.

Unconscious bias in the recruitment process is prevalent, we wanted to do something to change that.

We built a piece technology that removed unconscious bias in the initial stages of recruitment, allowing applicants who may have been overlooked for the wrong reasons to get their foot in the door.

Using emerging tech, we developed a tool which presents interviewees with an androgynous, ageless and demographically homogenous avatar. The aim: to even the playing field and conduct a worlds first, interview without bias.
